For this position you have an associate or Bachelor degree along with five years experience within the field of electrical and electronics engineering. The candidate has a track record of creativity and innovation in this field and preferably experience with patents. The candidate is required to have experience with mechanical and touch light switches and be familiar with their mechanism.
A successful candidate will have experience with the following softwares:
High level experience with:
• Electronic circuit design using Altium Designer software, specially four layer electronic boards.
• Repetier-Host software and creating 3D print Gcode
• GRBL CNC controller
• Experience with Mach3Mill
• Creating Gcode for CNC machinery
• CopperCAM
And preferably familiarity with
• Solidworks 3D design software. Experience in designing body for electrical and electronic appliances.
• Autodesk ArtCAM
• LazyCam
• Inkscape
• CorelDRAW
A successful is experienced with the following hardwares:
• Coding and programming with BASCOM-AVR IC
• Programming, test, and debugging of AVR microcontroller family
• Different types of sensors such as light and infrared sensors
• Experienced in working with oscilloscope
• Experienced in working with electronic microscope in checking board design
The candidate has the following work skills and background:
• Familiar with the structure of mechanical and touch light switches
• Experienced in assembling Electronic boards and soldering iron
• Is creative with coming up with new solutions for electrical devices and appliances
• The candidate has published patents related to electrical devices
• Experience in getting electronic components from local suppliers or importing them from abroad
• Assembling 3D printer and working with it
• Experience in working with CNC machine
• Background of innovative work in design of electrical and electronic appliances
• Experience in design and test of analog and digital electronic circuits
• Good communications skills and ability to make network with other companies
Job description
The daily task of the candidate includes designing multi-functional analog and digital electronic circuits using Altium designer software. The circuits are mostly related to various types of light switches. The designed boards need to be exported from Altium designer to CopperCAM to create G-code. The G-code is used along with Grbl Controller to engrave electronic boards. During the process, it may be necessary to work with LazyCam and Mach3 Mill. The boards are mainly controlled using BASCOM-AVR microcontroller IC and it is required to program and debug this IC along with board design. After making the board, circuit check using oscilloscope needs to be carried out. The designed prototype board needs to be checked using an electron microscope to assess the board quality.
As the next stage, it is required to work with solidworks 3D design to create a cover for the electronic device. The designed cover of the prototype is printed using a 3D printer. Later, these covers need to be mass produced via an expert company with specialized machinery. Furthermore, a company for mass production of the electronic board needs to be found. As the final stage of the work, a company with marketing service needs to be found to advertise the product and find the potential market.
