The Electrical System Integration department are part of the electrical design unit within R&D. We are responsible for a wide range of interesting areas from the developing and the design process of the electrical system to development of integration test platforms as well as system integration management and configuration management of the complete electrical system. The Group, Electrical Integration Management team, is responsible for the release of a quality assured software for the complete electrical system in our vehicles both during the development phase as well as to end customer vehicles in running production. We own the software release and software integration management process.



As an Integration Test Leader you will work together with program managers, configuration managers and designers from all the units in R&D to secure synchronised development, delivery and verification from a complete electrical system perspective. Our future vision will deeply affect how we are working with integration and software release and you will be part of taking our first step in a running platform project.



Main responsibilities
Participate in the definition of the function implementation plan (FIP) on a complete vehicle level, balancing the design areas ability to deliver according to the required project plan
Technical analyse of incoming deviations from the plan and recommend countermeasures and actions to improve the situation
Prepare, execute and report out result from integration test events
Participate in analysis of root cause for system errors during integration events



Required qualifications
Experience from electrical automotive development and vehicle programs as a software responsible or a lead engineer is meritorious
Knowledge of lean and agile methods and tools
KDP and part structures
English fluent level, spoken and written

Good communicator and social skills
Ability to represent on program management levels
Ability to build relationships and networks
A organised team player with analytical skills
