HMS' business unit Anybus is looking for an eLearning Content Creator to join the marketing team in Halmstad. In the role, you will develop and create learning content to ensure that colleagues, partners, and end users can obtain an increased knowledge and deeper understanding of our products.
About the position
Working as a key member of our marketing team and alongside technical experts, you will design, develop, and launch online learning programs. You do not have to be an expert on the type of products we develop, but you do need to feel confident about tackling technical topics and be comfortable turning, often complex concepts, into understandable pieces of information.
You will have an important function in a small and efficient marketing team that produces content marketing, product launches, digital marketing campaigns, web content, sales presentations, and trainings. Main tasks for this position are to
• Design, develop and deliver dynamic and engaging digital learning content
• Generate text, video and graphical content in order to produce educational material
• Develop learning content roadmaps together with product managers and other technical experts
• Research and communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with art directors, designers, engineers and product managers
• Translate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative concepts
About you
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about digital design and have the ability to produce multimedia content (video, animations etc.). You also need an excellent ability (a good educational mind-set) to convert technical information into learning content, and a great understanding for complex technical topics. As a person we see that you are creative, dedicated, focused on quality, and have a high focus on developing and deliver result. Preferably you have some working experience from a similar role. HMS works in an international market which demands excellent English skills.

The Anybus marketing team is located at HMS 'head office in Halmstad, but we offer the possibility to work partly remote. In Halmstad, we work close to developers, engineers, and technical professionals. In addition, we work closely with people from HMS 'own sales and support offices located in 16 different countries around the world.
