To assist the management team in maintaining aspects of general administration, managing inbound material operations & assist the corporate support functions.
Job Duties:
1. To be aware of all company policies and abide by their rules. Take whatever actions may be required from the policies and report any breaches/incidents for investigation and corrective actions.
2. Execute and observe relevant ISO and H&S procedures and liaise with the QM & SHE Managers.
3. Keeping inbound material reports, lot reporting and Navision up-to-date.
4. Organise freight and inform customers of material received. Ensure job breakdowns are correct and provide the Environmental Department with correct information for managing scrap logs.
5. To translate any routine information from English to Swedish.
6. Handle all mail, in and out. Scanning and sending invoices to the Finance Department then filing with other relevant documentation for ease of access. Ensuring job files are up-dated and are easily accessible.
7. Report relevant information and weights of jobs received to customer in a timely fashion.
8. Liaising with and reporting to the Employment Agency.
9. Assist the Corporate Support Functions.
Job Specifications:
To have a friendly and polite manner, flexible and adaptable in a fast moving environment. Competent Microsoft Office skills are essential, in particular the ability to use Excel and Word.
Written and spoken English language skills are a necessity. Accounting skills would be advantageous.
KRAV: Erfarenhet av Bokföring, Excel, Momsredovisning, Lönehantering.
