YOUR CHALLENGE
You will be manager for our EBS-team that is supporting our users, mainly in Sweden and in our Business Units in Europe through the development and management of our business applications. The EBS-team consists currently of 6 persons, working in four different application areas, ERP, CRM, BI and E-apps.
You will continue to develop EBS into an even more customer and business oriented organisation. Documentation of systems and education of users are improvement areas.
The role involves the ability to understand the business and to translate the business needs and requirements to our IT-applications.
You will also be the Ecophon groups IT-responsible towards SGTS, the Saint-Gobain-group supplier of hardware and infrastructure. We are in the process of outsourcing all our servers to an external supplier.
The responsibility for that we are compliant with the Saint-Gobain group?s different IT policies and security rules are included in the role as EBS manager.
You will report directly to the Finance Director of Ecophon and be a member of the Finance management group. You will also participate in the 4 process steering groups (Supply, Sales, Marketing and Finance/HR) and you will be responsible for reporting to the EBS steering group.
YOUR PROFILE
Experience of managing an IT/IS organization is a requirement, but the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and business processes in a fast way is equally important. Project management is an important part of your duties.
We believe that you as a basis should have great experience of ERP-systems and BI-solutions - Good knowledge of M3 and Cognos is a merit. Applicants with documented knowledge of ITIL or similar will have an advantage.
You also have a great interest in developing your team, and working with the business and the users, you have a strong driving force to continuously improve your knowledge of business processes and IS support. The role requires the ability to work in a pro-active and a flexible way and exercise an effective leadership beyond the own direct organization. You enjoy finding solutions to challenging problems together with an experienced team.
You should be well organized, communicative and have good knowledge in spoken and written English. You must also have good knowledge of Swedish.
You should be prepared to travel.
