We work closely with teams from R&D, Purchasing, Logistics, KPA and Business units, playing a key role in the TRATON Group. Our goal is to lead the global Parts and Service business.

Your Role: As the KP e-mobility Parts Product Manager, you will focus on the BEV Truck parts aftermarket. Working closely with KF, you will (among other things):

• Service market requirements: Work with R&D to ensure service cost and other after-market requirements.
• Spare Parts Competition: Stay ahead in the game.
• Pricing Strategy: Establish competitive parts pricing and develop compelling sales pitches.
• Strategy: Support and co-work with KF in areas such as strategy formulation and deep dives.
• Alignment with TRATON: Work in tandem for shared success.
• Sales Performance: Monitor, analyze, and iterate for success.
• Service Exchange and Remanufacturing: Dive into the business of reuse and restoration.
• Business and Assortment Plans: Create and maintain strategic plans.

You Bring:

• A degree in Business, Engineering, or related.
• Five years of experience in sales, product management, or engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of product development.
• Experience in BEV Trucks or e-mobility is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
