Duties:
• Successful planning, execution, monitoring according to agreed goals, way of working, time and budget.
• Running pre-studies with various levels of complexity; development, implementation, procurement, sourcing.
• Leading, coaching and developing others by delegating, competence transfer and mentoring.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners in China. - Participate in continuous improvement together with other divisions, IT department as a whole and our business.
Qualifications:
• Excellent leadership skills with a business oriented mindset
• Minimum 5 years of experience from IT Operation Management with a wide variety of types and complexity of projects
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Chinese and English
• Experience from purchasing/implementing services and products from 3rd party suppliers and/or managing teams involving 3rd parties - Knowledge of IT Governance and ITIL
• Overall knowledge and understanding of technical solutions
