hela Sverige J.Lindeberg is looking for an E-commerce Merchandiser and Product Specialist who can help us create a first class shopping experience online. We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in fashion and who enjoys working in a fast pace environment. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills along with the ability to multitask.
The E-Commerce Merchandiser will oversee the entire product flow from sampling, product setup, merchandising and copy writing, to the product going live on the site.

Besides working closely with the other members of the e-commerce team, you will work with one of the world's most renowned e-commerce platforms, one of Europe's largest e-commerce warehouses and a multinational central e-commerce team consisting of more than 50 people who'll provide you with support, tools and training. You will also collaborate closely with others such as our buying, marketing and logistics teams.
Through jlindeberg.com we sell our fashion, golf and ski collections to 14 European markets.
The position is full time and permanent and you'll be working at our head office in central Stockholm, reporting to the E-commerce Manager.
Duties
• Responsible for product lifecycle
• Export and enrich products
• Coordinate photo samples, product descriptions and translations
• Merchandising and product categorization
• Coordinate with logistics team on deliveries, returns and stock
• Identify, investigate and resolve all item and order issues.
• Involvement in the planning of promotions, newsletters and website content
• Ownership of promotion and markdown setup
• Liaison to customer service team
• Involvement in the range evaluation and procurement planning
• SEO
• Validate items and website
Knowledge / skills
• Experience in the fashion industry with a great interest in clothing and fashion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, accurate and organized
• High working capacity and can handle multiple parallel projects and tasks
• Ability to learn quickly and respond positively to changes and opportunities
• Takes initiative and is resourceful
• Experience in e-commerce is desirable
• Fluent in English and Swedish in speech and writing (other language skills are a plus, especially German)
• Experience working in multiple business platforms and systems including order management, product management, SharePoint and Excel
