ABOUT THE POSITION
MASKA is a growing design brand based in Gothenburg. The collections are sold online and to 60 stockists in 15 countries world wide. Our main customer is the sustainability oriented, health conscious, urban, luxury wearer. A superior textile quality is our mission.
We are currently looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to help support the E-commerce business. In this role, you will be a key part of the fast-paced sales team with the opportunity to grow quickly within the company. You will report to the CEO and the consulting E-commerce manager and both execute and contribute to the e-commerce strategy and help achieve the sales objectives.
As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will coordinate the full range of day-to-day e-commerce activities as well as support and lead internal development projects. Ideal candidates have an analytical and highly action-oriented profile and thrive in a self-directed environment. To fit in the team, we think that you are ambitious and prepared to work with tasks of both high and low grade of complexity.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution of all site content and e-commerce activities both BtoC and BtoB.
Merchandising and product data enrichment
Responsibility of the online order fulfillment process in collaboration with the third party logistics.
Coordinate and initiate influencer collaborations
Coordinate affiliate programs.
Handling of e-commerce supporting
Maintain and plan image banks and occasionally be part of photo shooting teams.
Search-optimisation (technical and content) in collaboration with e-commerce manager
On-going traffic acquisition, conversion optimization and loyalty focused activities
Coordination of external partners and project management
Internal campaign coordination within the sales and marketing team
Newsletter production and optimization
Creation of product texts in collaboration with design and purchasing and translation of product texts into Swedish.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ambitious, organized and structured
Strong communication and cooperation skills
Fluent in verbal as well as written Swedish and English communication. Writing skills are very important.
Ability to multitask between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Interest in- and utilizing technology for the purpose of enhancing productivity and efficiency
Minimum two years education within Communication, E-commerce, Marketing, or equivalent relevant working experience.
Experience within Adobe Creative programs preferable
Interest in fashion communication and knowledge of textiles preferable.
