AJ Products is an e-commerce leader within its segment and we are now looking for an E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist for our Germany market, working from our HQ in Halmstad Sweden.

AS A E-COMMERCE AND DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST FOR GERMANY YOU WILL:
• Lead the work of AJ Products e-commerce towards the German market.
• Tactically and operationally carry out data-driven marketing towards new and existing customers in several digital channels such as SEO, display, e-mail and social media.
• Create growth from organic search results by working with SEO optimized content translation, copywriting and link building.
• Work with merchandising, up sell, cross sell, digital campaigns and other functionality and content to maximize conversions, average order values and sales.
• Analyze digital key metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Report results, challenges and opportunities to the Head of E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong drive and a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing. You have a good understanding of what is required to run a successful e-commerce and have a good understanding of strategies used in digital marketing channels. You are communicative and have previously worked in an international environment. You are a strong tactician and are used to planning and performing your tasks independently. You have a very good understanding of how to drive traffic and work with conversion optimization and merchandising. Most importantly, you have a commercial mindset and an ambition to move our business in Germany in the most positive direction possible.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Academic degree in marketing, e-commerce, sales or equivalent.
• At least three years of documented experience from previous e-commerce.
• You speak and write German and English fluently, preferably also Swedish.
