For our Samsung SDS Sweden logistics team located in Kista, we are looking for a full-time: E-Com Logistics Coordinator (Kista office, Sweden) Purpose: Sales through Samsung Electronics E-commerce channel is growing rapidly just like the overall e-commerce market. In the coming month, Samsung Electronics will launch a new platform that requires back-end support from logistics service provider Samsung SDS.
In line with this recent development, we are searching for a person to be responsible for the E-Com operational functions to customer throughout the Nordics in accordance with Samsung key performance indicators regarding warehousing & distribution. Oversee optimum cost efficient distribution and return flow, claims, warehousing, whereby internal and external customers are satisfied with the delivered performance. Tasks & responsibilities: · Daily contact with warehouses, Supply chain management, Samsung Electronics E-commerce team, 3pl logistics partners; · Accurate E-Com transport; · Prevent and solve daily issues; · Process improvement; · Fulfill customer requirements; · Analyze and report in order to improve processes; · Monitor deliveries; · IOD control; · Manage grading of products; · Blocked stock management; · Projects (new products, new solutions) · Reporting in order to inform management, order desk, sales subsidiaries and logistics service provider. · Back-up support for other logistics functions in the operational team. Profile: For this role we are looking for a professional with good communication skills and cultural awareness, preferably with previous E-com experiences. You are flexible, goal- and service-oriented, and well-organized. Due to the small size of the group that you will be working in, we will pay particular attention to personality and how you are able to work within the group.
We are looking for a colleague with: · Bachelor degree or similar work experience · 1-3 years' related work experience · Strong analytic skills · English in speaking and writing · Excel
