E-Business Manager
E-business is one of Papyrus future key business processes. As E-Business Manager you will play an essential part in Papyrus organisational transformation in the way we as a company approach the market with offers and solutions linked to e-business. This important role combines daily operational items together with outlining the strategic ambition and direction for Papyrus across Europe within e-business. You will interact with most parts of Papyrus Group including Top Management.
Your work tasks
• Develop e-business strategy and transform this into operational action plans with relevant internal stakeholders
• Lead the project of redesigning current e-business solutions
• Establish a companywide function to deliver e-business across the markets where Papyrus operates
• Evaluate customer needs and demands to develop the e-business solutions
• Drive the business case process for new developments together with IT analysts and local e-business managers
• Coordinate and prioritise development of system to system integrations with customers, including partnerships with printer calculation software vendors
• Develop and follow up targets and KPIs both commercially and operationally including payback of new developments
• Manage communication companywide about e-business
Your profile
• Extensive experience of B2B e-commerce
• Strong business acumen with relevant experience from sales, marketing or business management
• Experience from managing strategic programs and projects
• Experience from working with strategic aspects of IT-management
• Ability to lead work in an international environment
• Team player with ability to build strong relationships
• Drive and a passion for result
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English. Other languages seen as an advantage
This position will be based at Papyrus Group HQ in Mölndal and you will report to Jan Muller, Senior Vice President Western Europe & responsible for Sales Channel Development within Papyrus Group.
