Do you excel in working with user, customer and transactional data to provide e-Commerce insights that generate online sales? Is it time for you to take the next step professionally and take on a once-in-a-career challenge of establishing from scratch an e-Commerce analytics process for a global industry leader?



As part of Tetra Pak Services' ambitious growth strategy, we are actively developing our e-Commerce capability. For the first time, this includes leveraging customer user behaviour and sales data to ensure every online interaction between our customers and Tetra Pak is as relevant, timely and useful to them as we can make it.



This is a very exciting time for us as we drive a digital transformation of Tetra Pak Services. Though joining an industry leader, you will be working in what is essentially a start-up environment with the task of harnessing the power of digital analytics tools to help create sales growth. You will be the go-to person for commercial data analysis and insights to help a global team make the right decisions to drive a dynamic business in its online channels, with all the responsibility that entails. You may be a digital analyst currently, either agency-side or client-side, with the analytics experience, tools knowledge, communication skills and the confidence to secure strategic and operational buy-in from business owning stakeholders across the entire Tetra Pak Parts portfolio.
You will also be expected to drive appropriate e-Business related activities as and when it is required.



Main Responsibilities
• Establish, develop and constantly optimise the management of e-Commerce data analysis and performance reporting for Tetra Pak Services.
• Generate business insights which the Parts organisation can use to drive sales growth on a central, cluster and market level.
• Responsible for maintaining all e-Commerce KPIs, recurring and one-off reports, and expediting knowledge transfer to business management upon request.
• Work with the e-Business team to drive a data-led roadmap of promotional activities and continuous improvements to e-Business operations.
• Be responsible for the organisation and analysis of data in the online Parts Inventory Management System to help drive Tetra Pak's Parts Control business.
• Collaborate cross functionally with analysts across Tetra Pak to drive digitalisation from the strategic perspective of Tetra Pak Services.




Qualifications


• A university degree in a numerate or marketing discipline, in combination with relevant B2B or FMCG commercial experience.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial analytics strategy, management and particularly Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI and MS Excel is an advantage.
• Persuasive presentation and English language communication skills in motivating the actioning of data-based insights by multiple business stakeholders.
• Track record in taking responsibility for projects and activities within an e-Business / e-Commerce team.
