We are seeking for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative,
to our customer in Malmö, to strengthen their Customer service team
for the Netherlands and European markets.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Answer various customer inquiries via telephone, chat and e-mail
for Dutch and EU markets. The queries concern everything from specific
product information, reclamations and stock status to shipping details
and promotional matter.
* Translations and proofreading of product descriptions and
newsletters.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
You enjoy the service industry and its challenges to provide fast,
accurate and distinct information to our customers. You are
responsible, thorough, naturally considerate and responsive. You
appreciate a prestigious work environment and can live up to it.
* Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English. Corporate company
language is English
* Strong command of writing and speaking (tests are performed)
* Any previous experience in the service industry is a plus
OFFER:
* Contracts are written and reviewed 6 months at a time within our
Customer Service.
* Full-time working hours are 8:00-17:00 and 10:00-19:00.
