www.dsv.comYou will be based in Skogås and your key focus areas will be to:
* Continuously optimise and organise workflow in the workshop, ensuring both daily and future planning are efficiently managed
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their requirements
* Deliver exceptional service to customers, managing all incoming vehicle repair and maintenance requests comprehensively and punctually
* Greet drivers warmly and assist with any queries they may have
* Generate claims, request purchase orders, and prepare orders for invoicing

Passionate and performance-driven
As some of your key challenges will be and being aware of intercultural differences, it is essential that you have the energy, drive and courage to work with different types of employees. What is more, is that we value your attitude, passion and interest in the trailer market much higher than the contents of your exam papers.
* 3+ years of professional experience in administration and customer service
* Affinity with truck and trailers
* You are well structured
* You have excellent IT Skills
* You are customer minded
Fluent communication and negotiation skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
