Job Description
As a Domain Architect - Cloud and Data Center at H&M Group, you will play a pivotal role in executing our multi-cloud strategy and ensuring that the platform strategy aligns with the business needs. You will focus on optimizing communication patterns and efficiency, leveraging the holistic views provided by Google and Azure to deliver scalable solutions for our brands. This is a brand new role, offering an exciting opportunity for innovation as you build from the ground up. You will have the responsibility to evolve the interconnectivity between Azure and GCP, align priorities, and establish effective communication patterns.

This role is similar to an enterprise architect position, offering diverse opportunities for growth and advancement. As you gain expertise and contribute to H&M Group's digitalization efforts, you can explore career paths such as business area manager, business architect, or engineering manager.
Responsibilities:
Execute the multi-cloud strategy, ensuring the platform strategy supports business requirements
Optimize communication patterns and efficiency across the cloud and data center domain
Enhance interconnectivity between Azure and GCP, aligning priorities and establishing effective communication patterns
Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable solutions for H&M Group brands
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud and data center domains
Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions
Qualifications
Proficiency in Azure Cloud, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines and tools
Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools
Experience working with Architecture Decision Records (ADR) and Architecture Frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
Proven track record of successfully implementing cloud and data center solutions at scale
