We are now looking for a Document Controller- Purchasing Department!
Description
The Purchasing department is responsible for all commercial businesses regarding direct and indirect material and services. The team is operating in a well-defined global purchasing process based on team work between Buyers, SQE's & Cost Engineers.
The role as a Document Controller within Purchasing involves:
• Be responsible for Control of documented information
• Develop, implement, coordinate and maintain Nevs Purchasing processes and associated steering documents, forms and templates in a web-based environment
• Continuous development of efficient / lean procedures against Key Targets
• Close contact with our process managers, purchasing management and our IT-support
You will also collaborate with our purchasing office in China and be the controller of Nevs Global Sourcing Committee decision meeting.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• a Technical, Economic or Legal University degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent IT-skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in MS Sharepoint and Business Management systems. i.e. SAP and is a merit.
• Experience in our Quality Management System, ISO/TS 16949 and/or ISO 9001 is appreciated
• Experience from Purchasing operations is appreciated.
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Be open minded, service minded and result oriented
• Take initiative and being self-motivated
• Have willingness to develop yourself and also teach others
• Operate concentrated, independent and get familiar with and understand common practices and rules and cooperate in teams
• Have the ability to see and understand our business as well as contribute to the understanding of required IT-support
