As Supply Chain Specialist, you work with the supply chain process; from strategy and plan, to follow-up. Your responsibility will be to create and drive activities in line with the strategy. Another exciting part of the job is to develop and implement models that increase material availability and decrease capital tied up. Areas which need to be addressed to reach this are for instance; how we plan, how we forecast, how we purchase and what we keep in stock. To achieve this, it 's important to work cross functional together with other departments as well as within supply chain department. As a Supply Chain Specialist you report to the Supply Chain Manager and is part of the supply chain management team.
You will be responsible for
- New way of forecasting and purchase of material
- Develop and maintain our inventory strategy
- Participate in system development projects
- Supporting production purchasing with regards to analyzes and efficient ways of working
- Increase supply chain knowledge within the organization
Educational requirements and experience
- Degree in logistics or business administration
- You have minimum two years of relevant work experience
- Your written and oral English and Swedish skills are fluent
- Knowledge of Movex M3, Excel, Qlick & Decide, Qlikview och iPlanner
Personality requirements
You like strategic and analytical projects, as well as managing operational tasks. You have the ability to have a strategic approach and to implement solutions. As a person, you are both structured, creative and driven.
