To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Line manager to join our Automation team within Service Operations. Here you will be part of the division Digital Industries - the world's leading supplier of products and solutions in automation and digitization for the industry. We advise our customers in the digital transformation and offer total solutions, based on our portfolio of both hardware, software and the latest technologies.

Job location for this position is flexible within Sweden.
Some of the responsibilities will be to
* Lead and distribute the work in the group of approx. ten employees and consultants
* Talent acquisition/recruiting of new employees
* Foster a growth mindset among employees based on trust, feedback and engagement
* Support our project leaders continuously in the staffing of projects, escalations etc
* Support our service sales specialists in sales, bid and offering of projects
* Competence evaluation and planning to make sure we can deliver what our customers need
* Work proactively to improve processes
* Ensure that we can handle the volumes required by the business
* Continuous measurement and follow-up of the operation/process progress
To be successful in this position you need:
* A technical background to be able to lead the work area that the group is responsible for
* Previous work experience, where you have had a central and leading role where you have been responsible for planning or coordinating projects, assignments or activities
* Commitment, trust and communication are three important keywords in your work and in your leadership
* It is important that you have a strategic mindset, are solution-oriented and easy to see the big picture and get an overview of different connections
* You master English and Swedish in speech and writing
