EDL Description
EDL’s role and responsibility within Ericsson is to be the leader of Supply Chain Development and provide effective logistics solutions.
Jobb Description
Your responsibility will concern strategic questions when it comes to the global distribution. A big part of the global air-freight and therefore is experience within this field very valuable. Regularly you cover trends in the industry that could be of use in the organization. You will be allotted a great deal of responsibility to propose suggestions to distributionstrategies. This is a new position at Ericsson which means that you will be able to design the contents of the position to a great extent. You will work closely to the Corporate Head of Distribution. Since Ericsson has got divisions all over the world this positions involves business trips .
Personality
Since you work in the strategic area we require that you now when and what to prioritize. You have a positive attitude and an ability to motivate your fellow staff members. This is not a managerial position but it still requires that you delegate areas of responsibility to your fellow team members. . Further you can present your own opinions and ideas at the same time as you are open-minded. Other valuable characteristics are great communicational skills both in writing and verbal as well as great analytical skills. You are a problem-solver and have a focus on results.
Education/Work Experiece
For this position we require a university degree in logistics towards the distribution alignment and previous experience of distribution logistics. Presumably you have also worked as logistic consultant and have carried out a few projects on your own. Experience from strategic development and global transport is required. Your English is fluent in speech and writing. Preferably you have previous experience from a matrixorganization.

Arbetsplats: Headoffice is situated in Kista, the position involves traveling.
