In the role as Distribution Executive Denmark your main task is to support our Danish dealers to get the right vehicles at the right place and right time, from factory ordering to end delivery to our customers, in line with RNAB commercial targets.
You will be mainly responsible for Denmark and will work in close collaboration with two other Distribution Executives (responsible for Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland) and back them up when needed.
The position is based at our Nordic headquarters in Kista, Stockholm.

Job description
• Support dealers via email and over the phone on all inquiries concerning lead-times, allocations and vehicle availability, ordering and production constraints at our factories
our distribution portal (Distrinet)
• Assist the team with allocation management, vehicle ordering, internal vehicle management and other distribution related topics
• Optimise external information flow to dealers (about production constraints, lead-times etc)
• Train dealers on all distribution topics (systems, processes, improvement projects)
• Daily contact with the Danish sales team, central distribution in Paris and import center in Esbjerg
• Contribute in achieving strategic goals and continuous improvement
Din profil
Qualifications needes for this position is experience of dealer/customer support, experience of automotive and/or logistics is a plus, Customer oriented and good communication skills, good computer skills (various systems to manage, excel). You need to be fluent in Danish, Swedish and English.
