This is a role ideally suited for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Professional looking for greater challenges. You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating global efforts in Performance and Talent Management. Your position will be operational, helping turn the visions and ideas of the organization into practical, hands on activities and working with global teams in implementation throughout the Group. The position reports to the SVP Talent & Competence Management .
Key Responsibilities
• Project leadership, including support and roll out of talent & competence management core processes
• Help shape, lead, and implement global initiatives including talent review support, talent metrics, mobility and succession planning etc.
• Liaise with colleagues across the Group to act as key contact and assist in providing talent- and leader sourcing support
• Responsible for analyzing and recommending appropriate assessment tools for selection and development
Qualifications:
• Capable of working effectively in a multicultural company environment, dealing with local and global stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of leading Talent & Development practices from both practical and academic fields
• Strong self-management skills, with a high level of energy and flexibility
• Strong networking, communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
• University degree in in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
