We are now looking for a Director, Strategic Advice to join our Global Quality Assurance team.

Main duties and responsibilities

As a Director, Strategic Advice you will be responsible for leading the QA support of Project Teams, Therapeutic Area, Functional Area and other Stakeholders (as applicable) by providing proactive strategic GxP advice (related to clinical, pharmacovigilance and regulatory activities) and quality planning activities (also known as 'quality by design'), as required. You will be responsible for leading QA management of Quality Issues and investigations as well as providing strategic quality input to projects teams to ensure successful regulatory submissions and inspections.

In this role you will also advice on CAPAs and support Stakehoders to ensure timely resolution. You will support quality and GxP compliance risk management for allocated areas, using risk framework standards to define risk and develop mitigation recommendations. You will pro-actively work to promote the quality vision with Stakeholders and ensures your tasks are performed to current practices and in accordance with company standards and policies.

Essential skills

• Qualified professional - compliance, law, regulations related to area of accountability
• At least 5 years experience in GCP QA or equivalent role
• Significant experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry
• Strong knowledge in GxP requirements, especially GCP
• Knowledge and experience of corporate governance, regulations, laws and standards
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communications skills
• Strong collaborative, interpersonal and influencing skills
• High ethical standards, trustworthy, operating with absolute discretion
