hela Sverige Description of duties: Uponor has a strong presence in Sweden, where it operates through its segments BLD and Infrastructure. We are seeking a Director, Shared Services to manage the financial matters in Sweden and Norway in co-operation with the business controller organisation.
Description of duties
• Shared Service management
• Manage the financial accounting in the legal companies
• Secure legal unit view, consolidating the different functions
• Secure the monitoring and reporting systems in the legal units
• Ensure a transparent financial controlling - and risk management system
• Control and manage the cash flow in the companies
• Manage the tax issues in the companies
• Develop the external relationships with appropriate contacts, like auditors and statutory organisations such as tax authorities
• Keep abreast of changes in the financial regulations and legislation
• Manage and develop the Shared Service organisation in Sweden, including accounting, financial controlling and payroll
• Close co-operation with financial team in Norway
• Development of the financial processes
• Continuous cooperation with the business controller and other financial network within the group
• Work on international finance projects
Requirements:
• Degree in finance
• Knowledge of national and international accounting principles and legal framework
• Some years' experience of working in Finance in international environment;
• Management and leadership skills
• Ability to improve and develop processes
• Proven ability to work well in multicultural environment and remote teams
• Very good project management and follow-up skills;
• Very strong analytical, organization, and relationship building skills;
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Readiness to travel
