RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities in the role as Director Service and platform ECS is to lead a global R&D team for ECS control system development and provides the team necessary support to help them succeed in their tasks. You will prepare ECS control system R&D program roadmap and ensure implantation of program within budget and schedules agreed. You will also manage the interface with other functions like production, sourcing, fleet management, filed service, product management. You will Lead and encourage new ideas, new approach, new business model, product innovation secured with patents.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a Master or PhD in Physics, Mathematics or Engineering Science. You have at least 15 years? experience in leading R&D teams. Out of those 5+ years in R&D for Environmental control system products like controllers, high frequency power supplies and software development. Your have strong knowledge of ECS technology and products. Experience in product management and strategy development in ECS technology and a good understanding of ECS service market is desirable
The position is based in Växjö, Sweden but you will work with an international team.
