Work with the R&D teams of each branch under a research center in accordance with business plans and goals to ensure that each product and version is promptly delivered with high quality and to support effective business growth.
Continuously optimize business operations, process operations, and version management and continually improve the business capabilities, efficiency, and per capita efficiency of the branch.
Focus on the priorities of business layout; continually develop core R&D capabilities; establish R&D COEs with unique value.
Pass on core corporate values; select excellent managers from successful businesses; develop managerial ranks; create a sound organizational climate; establish excellent R&D teams.
Protect information security; actively cooperate with colleges and other enterprises; make full use of local high-quality cooperation resources and human resources to serve business.
We would like you to have earlier experience of managing an R&D department. Ability to Maintain and develop the business is desired, networking essential.
