AFRY Process Industries Division is now looking for a DIRECTOR, POWER-TO-X to enforce our global team serving a variety of different industries focusing in Power-to-X sector.
AFRY's Process Industries Division serves the Chemicals & Biorefining, Pulp & Paper and Mining & Metals sectors. Our clients are increasingly focusing on developing new sustainable solutions in Power-to-X.
As part of AFRY's growth strategy, we are strengthening our competence and adding our service volume in Power-to-X. To meet and exceed our clients' expectations, we want you to join us and lead our service portfolio in Power-to-X.
In the role of the Director your task would be to develop and coordinate our service offering in Process Industries and as part of AFRY's Virtual Team in the Power-to-X field consisting of representatives of all divisions of the AFRY group. As a team player, you would actively contribute to AFRY's strategic development in Power-to-X, marketing, sales, development of new solutions and ways of working.
Who are you?
The person we are looking for has:
Background in chemicals or energy sectors either in industry or engineering
Minimum 10 years hands-on experience of technology and/or business development
Investment project experience in conceptual & basic engineering and project execution
Proven sales experience in expert services and/or technologies
M.Sc. or B.Sc. education
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English language
Ability to develop new solutions and approaches in a client-oriented manner

The position is located prefereably in Sweden whilst Finland is an alternative as well. The position prerequisites frequent travelling.
