The Job

HemoCue has since many years provided product solutions to pharmaceutical companies used in their clinical trials program and now efforts has broaden also to include CRO companies. The position is a new global role and will manage international aid funded business and pharma business in combination.

Your responsibilities will include:

Global sales target for all HemoCue products sold to pharma and CRO companies
Establish coherent and state-of-the art sales strategy for pharma and CRO business, taking into account competitive intelligence
Perform full covering pharma and CRO company clinical trials overview. Action planning and forceful execution
Seek and close global customer agreements to secure sustained revenue
Drive pharma and CRO company funnel management
Map HemoCue and competition installed base in customer segment
Identify key stakeholders and decision makers and build strong network
Develop customer segment specific solutions and pricing based on customer expectations, local requirements and HemoCue profit targets
Coordinate training by allocation of field force, distributors and other colleagues in customer clinical trial programs
Work collaboratively across functions including Marketing, Sales and Customer Operations and Supply to manage resource demands
Estimated number of travel days is a minimum 80 days per year.

MBA or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or equivalent and minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Substantial experience in developing innovative sales strategies. Provide credibility to strategies at all levels of global and local organizations
Result driven, proactive and a systematic personality, problem-solving oriented way of thinking, high energy with drive and the ability to balance between own and others interest and view of opinions
Interpersonal skills with confident and influential leadership qualities, to in an informal way, create and lead a cohesive, focused, and motivated team. Strong networking capabilities
Experience in sales funnel management
Understand sales cycle and decision making process within pharma and CRO companies, as well as related regulatory requirements
High degree of customer focus, strong clinical and technical understanding
Experienced IT user, competency preferably with solid knowledge of MS CRM and MS Outlook
Perfect English in speech and writing are is required
Personality As a person you are a team player, efficient, structured and solution-oriented and likes a fast pace. You find it easy to communicate with people and enjoy working in a company that is driven by continuous improvement, both in terms of equipment and processes.
