We are looking for a committed and inspiring Director Operations to our Product & Supply Division.

As Director PSD Operations at FlexLink you will play a key role to identify and drive activities and projects within operations such as improving efficiency, quality, performance and reducing cost. You will be an important part of a solution-oriented team at our office in Göteborg, Sweden, seeking to achieve significant growth over the next years in the field of supply chain. We offer you a stimulating and inspiring workplace, where you will be an important link in the strategy and leadership development of FlexLink PSD operations department.

Qualifications
Required
• MS in Engineering or Supply Chain
• At least 5 years' experience from managing an operations team in an industrial environment
• Fluent in English
• Proficient knowledge in Supply chain methods, tools and processes
• Willingness to travel
• Change Management
