We are now looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead and develop our marketing team working with brand management, lead generation, marketing coordination and art direction.
The ideal candidate has broad marketing experience and should be able to lead and inspire a talented team of individuals, as well as work hands-on with competitive analysis, marketing automation and marketing analytics software.
As Director of Marketing, you are expected to lead the company's marketing team operatively and strategically. It will be your task to translate the company vision into marketing strategy and balancing urgent and important needs for the short and long term. You need to be a people person with strong leadership skills, an analytical mind, and attention to detail. Further, you enjoy switching perspectives and like to have variation in your typical work week.
Expectations & Tasks
- Build and lead a world-class marketing team
- Oversee implementation of the company's marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
- Develop marketing strategy for existing and new products
- Collaborate with the Product team to define apt marketing materials and campaigns
- Work closely with the Sales team and assist in developing sales tools, materials and presentations
- Carry out continuous analysis of competitive landscape and business trends
- Measure performance of tools, assets and campaigns to drive continuous improvement
- Report to Greenbyte's Chief Marketing Officer
Education & Profile
- Leadership personality with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
- Analytical with experience of working with marketing automation and marketing analytics software
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
- Minimum of five to eight years of marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
Extra Pluses
- Marketing experience from a SaaS company
- Experience from working in the renewable energy industry
- Technology background
