Role Summary:
The Director is the key representative of our Healthcare Consulting business in Sweden. You will together with your team, manage all aspects of client relationship development, and further establish GE Healthcare's consulting practice in Sweden. The Director provides expertise in client problem definition and will lead the process of reaching the desired outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will focus on solution development and people leadership. You will be the main interface for executive client relationships and provide thought leadership in social media and/or public events. The Director is an active contributor to the overall success of GE Healthcare and leadership of Healthcare Consulting. You will collaborate with senior leadership team to define firm wide priorities and strategies and take actions.

Client Leadership:
• Serve as the Engagement Executive for simultaneous engagements to ensure high levels of quality, client- and employee satisfaction.

• Establishing executive level relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers in key accounts as well as new prospective clients.

• As a senior advisor to the Executive levels in the client organizations, helping the client to scope the nature of specific problems they are facing and activating the client to take action.

• Preparing and delivering concise, clear and insightful and influential executive level presentations.

• Responsible for the achievement of contracted client engagement outcomes.

• Ensuring engagement profitability.

Business Development:
• Analyzing market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities.

• Continuously updating the understanding of the clients' changing clinical and/or operational issues.

• Qualifying, aligning and advising clients to achieve their desired clinical or operational outcomes.

• Ability to understand/define/shape customer solutions based on broad understanding of the Healthcare market and client needs.

• Responsibility for opportunity and funnel management activities to build and deliver sufficient orders and backlog to the business.

• Developing and closing new commercial opportunities with existing clients and securing new clients.

Practice Management:
• Responsibility for key metrics to include, but not limited to; revenue, operating margin, on time project completion and upsell orders.

• Manages and directs Knowledge Management activities.

• Driving practice development in the assigned geography.

• Participating in new solution development giving input, feedback to global development teams and participating in new solution development and the creation of internal and external thought leadership assets.

• Leading and managing multiple engagement teams providing organizational leadership, mentoring, career development and coaching.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Master's Degree.

• Strong experience in either advisory services/consulting or performance improvement in a healthcare setting.

• Significant experience leading and managing complex projects with outcome focused deliverables.

• Demonstrated business acumen.

• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management teams.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience speaking and writing clearly and convincingly.

• Ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Experience directly or indirectly leading a team of reports.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to travel frequently in the region.

• Fluent Swedish and English.

Desired Characteristics:
• PhD Degree

• Strong experience and understanding of the Healthcare industry and major trends in the geography in which client projects are delivered. Significant healthcare clinical or administrative experience.

• Healthcare technology acumen and understanding of healthcare digital systems and future needs.

• Ability to manage financial, delivery or client risk in a consulting/advisory environment.

• Expertise in driving change using Change Management tools.

• Experience in LEAN or Six Sigma tools.

• Experience in delivering feedback and coaching successfully.
