hela Sverige As Director of Architectural Development you will, together with colleagues around the world, work to build and grow the awareness of ASSA ABLOY Entrance System's offering towards architects and specifiers.
You will be responsible for developing our specification strategy and activities, and coordinate global and local initiatives in a highly dynamic and hands-on role. You will be supporting and coordinating a team of locally based Architectural Consultants. One of your key focus areas will be to secure specifications' role in the sales process, and to define and track global and local targets and KPIs.
BIM technology development is another important area to develop further, as well as other specification tools and training programs. You will engage with major architects and specifiers, and participate in architectural and sustainability forums and associations.
The position is based in Landskrona, Sweden, and will require frequent travel.
To succeed in this role we believe you need to have experience from similar commercial roles together with a well-developed skill set covering KPI's, BIM and project management. You have been working a few years in an international setting in a leading role, and you are used to communicating and building successful business relations in a variety of cultures.
You see yourself as a doer, who gets inspiration from working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You have excellent communication skills and a solution oriented and forward-looking mindset. You have a high proficiency in English, both written and spoken, this being our corporate language.
Besides being a skilled coordinator and engager, you also have the ability to see the bigger picture in a complex structure, and preferably experience from matrix environments.
