Right we are looking for a Director Market Unite Nordic to lead our Nordic team, having a holistic Market approach including both Industrial and Marine .
Role description:
You will have direct leadership for the business support department and indirect leadership of the sales and service departments in Nordic
You will be responsible and lead the Nordic Management team to future growth and collaboration with the interest of the costumer as a guiding star
You are part of the network where all market leaders collaborate and improves ways of working
You are actively working with coaching and feedback to unleash the potential of the Nordic organization
You are the center of Nordic organization and coordinate, consolidates and represent the markets to various stakeholders
Competencies/qualifications:
You are a mature leader that empowers the organization.
You are both an enabler working in the background and a solid representative towards both external and internal stakeholders.
You have the courage and experience to questions status quo
You have a growth mindset and continuously work with your own development to stay
You know how to work with the long-term customer satisfaction as a starting point
You have lead leaders in a complex organization
