The Director Internal Operations IT is leading the digital and organizational transformation within the strategic IT Pillar Internal Operations. The position takes the co-responsibility with ITLT, Business Areas and corporate functions to ensure that Mölnlycke has industry leading solutions within the internal operations.

Reporting to the Global Director IT, the Director Internal Operations IT is responsible to meet the current and future demand of the Mölnlycke operations, focusing on core business processes on ERP and closely related systems as a fundamental enabler for Mölnlycke's strategic growth agenda. The position has a specific responsibility to drive the ERP transformation over the coming 3-4 years and beyond that time frame continuously build innovative business solutions on that platform. You lead a global team of 35 people with four direct reporting managers and will be a member of IT Leadership Team.

IT Owner of the ERP centric business transformation, actively exploring new business opportunities related to the SAP platform, the SAP operations and solutions connected to SAP in the area of responsibility.
Purpose driven Business partner understanding the business and their requirements, challenge our approach and thinking beyond our current products and solutions to secure an effective and optimized way of working across IT and Digital Enablement - considering mid and long term. Transforming business needs into viable IT solutions primarily on SAP and system solutions connected to SAP

Qualifications and experience:

We think that you have a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology preferably in combination with a Business degree or MBA. You have a minimum of 15 years' experience from daily management of application centric competencies on SAP ERP in international settings as well as excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who proactively can drive an innovation agenda in the core operational business processes centred around SAP and systems connected to SAP. You have the ability to navigate complex programs set-up collaborating with multi-partner project constellations in transformation initiatives. The following experience is desired:

Solid experience as leader of IT enabled business transformation programs focused on ERP and SAP, as program manager, with a proven and successful track-record
Thorough understanding of SAP ERP capabilities and proven track record of driving business innovation on SAP platforms
Proven ability to guide and lead large scale SAP initiatives through governance bodies, direct interaction with program organizations and SAP centric project teams
Experience of establishing strategic agendas for IT and SAP centric transformation spanning multiple functions and SAP components, including sound understanding of SAP methodology framework
Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and executives around IT driven transformations
