hela Sverige As the Director Governance at Volvo Construction Equiment (Volvo CE) you will join the dynamic and highly professional team of Finance. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance and you will work closely with and at a high level of confidentiality with the President of Volvo CE and his Executive Management Team (EMT).
We are looking for a well-rounded and engaged leader who will build an excellent working relationship with all areas of Volvo CE and liase with some key players at AB Volvo. You will also take key responsibility and support in various projects related to the governance process within Volvo CE.

The Director Governance will act as a member of the Finance Management Team and will supervise 1 team member. You will be based at Volvo CE HQs in Gothenburg.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Plan and manage EMT calendar in line with Volvo CE Business Review Meetings (BRM) and AB Volvo Schedule.
• Manage EMT Team Place (action & decision log).
• Monitor EMT Rolling Agenda and list of priorities.
• Take lead in the organization and structure of Management Meetings related to Volvo CE's governance like EMT, BRM, Quality Council, Product and Market Earning Governance (PEGs and MEGs) meetings:
o Drive agenda content
o Liaise with all areas of Volvo CE
o Drive and influence the organization to provide the proper material in a qualitative and timely manner
o Take meeting minutes and monitor all action items
• Drive the overall communication process for Volvo CE's President and his management team including creation of presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to and support various special projects - with a high level of confidentiality - as assigned by Volvo CE's Executive Management Team.
Required knowledge, skills & experience:
• Solid overall business understanding
• Minimum of 5 years in the Volvo Group across multiple functional areas
• Experience of working in a cross functional and cross border organisation
• Excellent English (spoken/written)
• Advanced working knowledge with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Finance or Commercial Fields, Master or MBA is a plus
