Global Product Quality is the department within Quality and Customer Satisfaction (QCS) in charge of improving product quality. Global Product Quality is empowered to lead change towards developing a quality mindset and culture within the Volvo Bus Corporation. In particular, the Global Product Quality supports the QCS and Global Product Development (GPD) organizations with actionable information about product quality, quality issues and root cause counter measure proposals. It coordinates all quality activities throughout QCS and GPD; and it leads the Red Card forum and the Quality Steering Group to ensure that VBC business plan targets are achieved and the QCS management group vision is implemented.

The position is located in Göteborg, Sweden, and will require frequent travel throughout the Volvo Bus Corporation locations.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Engineering Master's or Bachelor's degree or proven analytical skills in industrial/business environment
