The Director of Financial Services role is a key addition to our distinguished strategic professions and an important interface between customer, local partners and different functions within the company. You will initiate and drive important business solutions and processes according to Lynk & Co 's business plan and vision.
Our concept is built on a strong foundation and before the launch we need to elaborate and add specific solutions driving efficient and profitable cooperation with local external partners. As this will have a major balance sheet impact, you need to be able to initiate, evaluate and drive activities in order to get the solution in place. Proper risk assessing as well as finance structure is critical to take the concept in a profitable way to the next stage.
You will be part of the brand launch journey, from start to finish. Already at the conceptual phase you will be involved in internal projects around identifying and establishing the most efficient, innovative and profitable financial solutions. Over time, you will grow into your role and be one of the main links between various functions, allowing organizational structure around the business.
You will be a part of the Finance team and work in close collaboration with other functions within Lynk & Co. You will report to the CFO and be part of the finance management team along with Director of Finance Business Office, Director of Logistics and Director of Controlling & Financial Reporting. The position is based in Gothenburg and requires frequent travelling within Europe and the United States, approximately once a month.
