www.antarosmedical.comThis is a senior role and as Director, Clinical Trial Management, you will be a Project Leader who is overall responsible for leading the project including planning and operational delivery of assigned projects. The span of activities is broad covering clinical activities in all stages of drug development and may include development of clinical study protocol and submission to ethics committee etc.
As the Project Leader, your main responsibilities will be:
Responsible for independently leading the overall project(s) to ensure the right input, at the right time from different skills within the company, per our working model, to plan and drive the project forward Manage multiple projects ranging in size and complexity from single to multicenter studies Responsible to deliver the projects(s) on time, to agreed budget and to the highest quality which includes risk management. Ensure the project(s) is progressing per internal and client's standards, SOPs and ICH/GCP to fulfill all requirements Manage the project budget including forecast and the executed contract of assigned projects as needed. Ensure customers are invoiced in a timely manner and follows up on receipt of payment as needed Act as a primary liaison between Antaros Medical and the client(s) to ensure project planning, start, conduct, and closeout per the contractual agreement Ensure effective communication with the clients and the internal project team
Requirements:
BsC degree or equivalent, preferably in Natural Science > 5 years global and/or local clinical development experience Extensive understanding of the clinical study development process and demonstrated proficiency with ICH/GCP guidelines in relation to operational design, planning and conducting of clinical studies Broad understanding of the full drug development process Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills as well as a team-oriented approach to engage with colleagues and clients Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
