To meet this inspiring new environment we need to do things differently and try new ways. As a Director & Business Controller for Human Resources you will lead the transformation of our most important asset - our people.
We believe you are a top class business controller but you don't necessarily have to be a car freak. Your passion, your ideas and your ability to think in new ways is way more important!
Main responsibilities:
* As a Director & Business Controller you are a member of the operational unit management team as well as the Operational Control finance management team. You will report to the VP Operational Control and have a dotted line to the Senior Vice President Human Resources.
* In the operational management team you are the head of finance and responsible for all financial matters in your unit and are the single point of contact or financial questions for the SVP HR.
In order to be successful in this role we believe you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration (or similar). Further you are able to understand, interpret and communicate financial information in a clear and concise way.
