Director - HR Benefits - EMEA

Develops, implements and administers cost-effective benefits programs, such as pension plans, life, health and disability insurance.

As Head of Benefits EMEA, you will be a part of Nasdaq's Global Total Rewards team and report to the Global Head of Benefits (NY). You will be based in Stockholm heading our EMEA Benefits function in this region, managing a team of two, located in Stockholm and Vilnius.

In this role you will
• Partner across the broader Total Rewards organization to articulate Nasdaq's benefit philosophy and ensure its attractiveness and value to our employees
• Evaluate and compare employee benefit programs against the competitive landscape, evolving legislation, and internal business needs.
• Seek opportunities for process and program efficiency and automation to ensure our team is set up to add true value

The Best-Suited Candidate
• Thrives in a fast-paced global context and understands the dynamics of matrix organizations and virtual teams
• Has partnering experience and values and understands the importance of cross team collaboration
• Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage others effectively while focusing on the work at hand.
• Has experience in client-facing roles and has strong presentation skills with and the ability to communicate complex and sensitive ideas and information, verbally and in writing, to individuals at all levels internally and externally.
• Has experience managing and administering a variety of employee programs and strong familiarity with regulations impacting the design, operation, and administration of these.
• Is structured, data driven and has an eye for detail particularly with mathematical information
• Holds a Bachelor's degree - within Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management or relevant work experience.
