Once you've pushed open the black door marked with a gold "M" you'll find yourself in a vibrant "speakeasy", a secret bar, flirting with the 1920's New York with a modern twist to make it feel romantic and kitsch. You'll find elegance in the deep red tones, crushed black velvets, candlelight, roses and cordial staff and welcomed by the 1920's jazz music and Charleston Swing. A perfect place to share an experience with someone special and sip on a delicious cocktail while you both watch the night's show taking place on stage from the balcony seats. Every Friday and Saturday we will have an amazing variety of shows and DJs performing the arts of burlesque, acrobatics, magic and jazz.

Serve - Give the story telling of MELT - Explain how dishes cooked - Recommend wine, champagne, and cocktails - Make sure guest have a great experience

Experience of serving routines - Knowledge of food and wine combined - knowledge of champagne and cocktails - Know how to prioritize under stress - Friendly, positive and professional - Good in storytelling - Good in making guest feel special - Speak English and Swedish fluently
