The Digital Services organisation in Tetra Pak Services is responsible for driving the digital transformation of our service business in close collaboration with the Clusters and the business organisations in Tetra Pak Services Packaging.
As Digitalisation PMO & Transformation Manager you will lead program planning and management of the Digitalisation of Service project portfolio. You will participate in the Digitalisation of Service management team and the Extended Tetra Pak Global Services Management team.
This role is based in Lund, Sweden, and will require approximately 10% of your time travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Lead and coach the Digitalisation PMO & Transformation team
• Lead to program planning and management of the Digitalisation of Service project portfolio
• Lead the digitalisation maturity model creation, implementation and assessment
• Lead the planning and execution of digitalisa-tion transformation project
• Lead monthly Digitalisation of Services trans-formation meeting with clusters
• Lead monthly digital program status review
• Lead Continuous Improvement of existing Tools, Methods and Procedures in order to drive efficiency, quality and effectiveness
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to be a structured and output oriented person who has a pragmatic approach. You are a team player who is capable of motivating and establishing relations with people on all levels, centrally and in our clusters. You are a fast learner and eager to make things happen and execute this desire with a high level of drive. We assume you are passionate about the possibilities with digitalisation and how it will transform the way we work.
Proven Project management skills are highly considered. Understanding of TS categories and related solutions is a plus.
