The technology team at Mobiento
The technology team consists of both frontend or backend developers for web and app and digital architects. The tech members are working in cross-functional teams with colleagues from different domains at Mobiento towards our clients.
Who are you?
You are maybe an architect at a product company but want more challenges in using your skills at different problems and clients. Alternatively, you are a full-stack developer in the web domain and want to be an architect. In either case, you understand how to use both cutting edge technology and mature products to set and develop the target architecture best-practices and patterns. You also have the mindset to work with vendor-agnostic solutions but know when to use the appropriate platform and tools for each situation.
The role we offer
As a Digital Architect within Mobiento, you work as part of the tech team, and this involves taking on multiple positions and supporting several projects and clients. The significant role you represent are:
You as an architect will spend the majority of your time on having the responsibility for the technical architecture in the solution process of a project that includes working with a cross-functional team spanning over multiple domains - designing a solution, and to facilitate and breaking down the task into smaller deliverables (Features, Epics, and Stories). In this role, you collaborate closely with the technical project manager and have the support from the CTO.
You help our client and teams in architectural questions and discussions. Bridge the gap between architecture and implementation by guiding our teams through the different phases of architectural design all the way down to implementation in code.
You set the architectural best practices for our clients, so they have the best solutions to evolve in. You make sure our projects reach the target architecture. However, you also are the stakeholder and responsible for creating and changing the process for architectural governances that align in all our projects.
You are curious about new technology and keep up to date on the latest trends within the architecture domain and are a spokesperson internally and are willingly spreading your knowledge. You evolve and enhance our strategy and process regarding architecture. Speaking in public is no fuss representing Mobiento internally and externally, so you improve Mobientos brand in the Tech-community.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience from working as an architect or similar in a - digitalized business
• Excellent facilitation and collaborative architecture skills
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Technical screening of Business cases and Due diligence clients technological platforms
• High-level technical knowledge
• Cloud Architecture
• Distributed solution landscape (Microservices, multilayer solution design)
• Solution Architecture
• Solution Design
• Architectural coaching
• Architectural principles and design patterns
Know how and when to use UML, Flowcharts, UseCase Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, System Maps, Agile working methods, Jira
Relevant university-level education or certifications
