hela Sverige We are now looking for a driven and structured person to take on the role as the Digital Sales & Marketing (DSM) business project manager. In order to succeed in this role you should have great people management skills (coaching, motivating etc).
The DSM project is responsible for enabling presentation of content to the customers on the website (photos, product descriptions, campaigns etc). They are also responsible for the back-end processes to support the mentioned website content; like product and content enrichment, targeted communication (i.e. customer newsletters), affiliated marketing etc. The end user of the back-end processes are the brands ' online teams. The DSM project is responsible to assure that the IT solution meets the business requirements, as well as to ensure that the brands ' online teams are ready for the new solution (way of working, organization, roles, training etc).
As the DSM business project manager you will work in close collaboration with the DSM IT project manager. The project team constitutes of about 15 persons and is growing. The team members are sub project managers, business experts, IT requirement analysts and test coordinators. The business project manager works closely with different stakeholders within the Appeaser Program like the Business Solution Lead, the Transition project manager and the Business Operational Readiness (change management) Lead, as well as with the brands ' project managers.
The job comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your responsibilities include:
• Manage and drive the project in accordance with program objectives, time plan and budget
• Identify, plan and execute needed activities within the area.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team.
• Act as single point of contact for the project, for suppliers and other stakeholders
• Ensure staffing of the project with relevant skill and sufficient resources.
• Secure business solution and business requirements within the project.
• Assess and compile business impact within and cross projects through all project phases, and report to stakeholders and program management.
• Manage and report on issues, risks and progress to program management.
• Identify and manage stakeholders from a business perspective
Your profile
Just like everyone at our company, we believe you are a sales minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
• 5 years of experience of working as a Project Manager for complex online / e-commerce business- and IT projects
• Experience in the area retail and fashion e-commerce is an advantage.
• Documented experience as well as interest in coaching and leading people
• Open minded and finds new solutions challenging
• A business and customer oriented mindset
• Enjoy working in a high pace environment where the prerequisites constantly change
• Take responsibility from day one and take the opportunity to influence and develop
• Driven and result oriented
• Good at planning, accurate and structured
• Have excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
Additional
The position is based in Marievik, Stockholm.
Some minor travelling to Gothenburg, Borås and London is to be expected (all-in all over a years ' time; about 2 days per month).
