Position description
As a Digital Product Owner at Speed Services, you will be the owner of our online photo product and lead our digital transformation journey for both online business and photo booths. This means you will be responsible for the roadmap and day-to-day management of delivering transformative digital products to our customers. You will create a greater value by managing/optimizing current solutions, expand into to new solutions and ensure that these solutions exceed the growing expectations of our customers. Based on our strategy and collected data, you will identify and understand our business needs, define and drive the delivery of the digital development both for our online business and photo booths.
You will lead and develop a seamless customer journey together with a small team consisting of CEO, CIO, a business area manager and operations coordinator. In the future, it 's possible that you also will be involved in our two other business areas Speed Box and Megatec. This role also includes interaction with a range of external stakeholders to develop your online business.
You will also:
• Define and optimize product strategy and roadmap
• Help identify development gap's and backlog prioritization
• Contribute to the strategic development of our entire Photo business area (our online business and our photo booths)
• Proactively identify emerging business needs and adapt plans to meet them
• Identify opportunities for new business cases through analytics of customer data
What you will bring:
• A background within software development
• +3 years' experience working with online sales/online services where you have pursued digital development
• Experience in project management (particularly in development projects)
• Experience in data & analytics
• Work experience with agile methodologies
It would be meritorious if you have experience of financial responsibility, e-commerce platforms and/or classic CMS-systems, SEO and marketing.
