The Global Headquarters for Volvo Financial Services is seeking a Digital Product Owner EngagementApps (Salesforce) for the Engagement area of VFS Digital and IT.

What you will do

As a Digital Product Owner, you will work closely with digital product managers, solution engineers, UX designers, data analysts, and stakeholders, to continuously improve our products and the user experience. You will take ownership of the digital product and champion the product vision and your team, you will turn the roadmap into deliverables and secure alignment with the overall product strategy and product vision. You are a member of a stable team and are responsible for managing the team backlog prioritization and delivery.
Together with your colleagues at VFS and in the broad cross-functional network at the Volvo Group, you will take responsibility in the following areas:

* Support the team in creating product specifications in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria, to ensure the stable team has all the required information to deliver the desired outcome.
* Lead the product discovery process for assigned capabilities (including requirements gathering, design, and scoping) in collaboration with the digital product manager, data analysts, and engineers.
* Ensure that proper analytics, tracking, and data collection mechanisms are in place to understand user behaviors and//or product performance. To measure product effectiveness, user satisfaction, and value
* Provide the necessary product support to the stable team as may be required to aid their delivery.
* Work with other parts of the organization as and when necessary to ensure the expected outcomes are achieved and measured. Manage coordination/interaction with other stable teams.
* Owns team development to secure the team's long and short-term plans for proper capacity and competence.
* Continuously reviewing the live product to identify areas for improvement and any deviations from the expected experience.
* Interact closely with business stakeholders, across multiple departments and countries.
* Ensure digital products/applications/solutions fulfill all legal, compliance and security demands, including internal audit requirements and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) towards the users.

Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include:
* Salesforce knowledge and experience, including mandatory certifications in Admin, Sales, and Service Cloud
* Experience in indirectly leading a team
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong structuring and organizational skills
* Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats using storytelling and logical arguments.
* Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
* Experience working in an agile set-up, using DevOps or similar
* The skills to identify risks and impacts regarding the functional solution from a business analysis perspective to propose changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations when necessary
* Proficiency in English which enables you to take part in international projects.
* A university degree in Computer Science. Systems Engineering, Business Analysis, Finance or similar.
