DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Energy Automation sales within Digital Power promotes your scope in close cooperation with Account Managers from all Businesses of Schneider Electric with delegation to manage cross-selling opportunities with national accounts, and/or a part of a larger opportunities. Scope primary includes Protection Relays, Arc Flash, RTU, Power Meters and Energy Management & Control System.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and sell Energy Automation products and solutions of Digital Power Business in line with the commercial strategy defined by the Account Managers.
As specialized sales, be responsible for executing selected accounts plans, Go-to-Market-Strategies and channels to grow Energy Automation business with your customers. Manage project opportunities, being accountable for promoting prescribing, quoting, negotiation and closing of the deals in order to profitably grow Energy Automation sales. Ensure that the business with your customers is done in full compliance with local laws & regulations and company's Principles of Responsibility, policies, guidelines & processes.

Activities
* Grow profitably Digital Power; with mainly focus on Energy Automation sales within accounts by securing order targets, maximizing direct revenues with full Digital Power offer and gross margin. Negotiate contracts in order to secure customer purchase orders in line with approved profitability targets.
* Support Account Managers in establishing customer intimacy through connections at all required levels of Customer organization.
* Once Account Manager has opened the door, you step in to support & develop the opportunity; by understanding customer requirements and provide the right offer/Solution to their need and then follow up till closing the deal.
* Execute Digital Power plan with focus on Energy Automation's business by setting and tracking business goals in the Market with relevant channels; Panel builder, System integrators, End users in line with Digital Power Unit growth ambitions. Take part of Platforming activities with Account Manager and follow the commercial action plan with the sales team.
* Provide reliable local information & reports, realizing quarterly local activity reports and accurate quarterly accounts plan reports.
* Deploy operationally Digital power with focus on Energy Automation business strategy for your accounts & customers. Gather meaningful and available data about competitions, customer resources & budgets, technologies, innovations.
* Manage customer responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction.
Keep regular contacts with customer to ensure satisfaction before and after execution.
* Work closely with peers of other Business Units, Tender Managers & Execution teams to further align and maximize the overall commercial & delivery effectiveness.

Who are you?
You have a Commercial profile with experience in Solution Sales environment, deals closing and managing associated proposals. You hold a master?s degree/Technical degree within engineering. Previous experience in Protection Relays, MV/HV Electrical System. Experience in Energy and/or Utilities business knowledge of network automation devises. Strong communication skills, effective in a cross cultural environment to foster collaboration toward a common goal. Ability to understand and apply industry/market knowledge in client communication and dialog.
English & Swedish fluency is a must and Norwegian language will be valuable.
