hela Sverige Are you a creative communicator with a broad skillset in video production and graphic design? Great! Tobii Pro is looking to extend our team with a visual storyteller to drive our high ambitions in content marketing.
As our Digital Media Producer, you will identify opportunities for visual communication and turn ideas and requests into productions that make a difference. You will be responsible for carrying out the projects - all the way from "That's a great idea!" to "That 's a wrap". We want you to lead our team on the most effective ways to convey our messages in video and graphic content.
Based in our Stockholm headquarters, you will be an essential part of our Global Marketing Team but you will also work closely with your fellow "Tobiians" within Product Management, R&D and Sales across the globe. To learn more about Tobii Pro, visit our website.
The role and responsibilities
Your days will be filled with:
Turning ideas into creative concepts, visual communication and storytelling for our digital channels to attract, engage and educate visitors. This includes liaising with stakeholders to ensure all necessary checks and approvals are carried out throughout the project.
Hands-on production of marketing and tutorial videos for Tobii Pro's entire portfolio. This means being chiefly responsible for the entire process: storyboard creation, script writing, shooting, sourcing digital footage, post-production, editing, and final output.
Graphic art/design work, such as the creation of images, illustrations, infographics and animations.
Running photo shoots.
Optimizing media for different platforms such as the web, social media, & events.
Managing all video channels including publishing new content, following-up on traffic/views and optimizing the reach of productions by supporting our global offices with localization.
Managing both internal and external resources to meet project goals.
We are looking for someone who:
Has around 5 years experience in a visual communications role, where you have demonstrated your strategic mindset about communication and your hands-on expertise in video production and graphic design.
Has the ability to distill highly complex concepts into graphics and videos that can be understood by others at a glance.
Has solid experience leading creative work from an idea through to production, with a proven track record in doing so within set deadlines and budgets.
Knows how to facilitate seamless communications with different stakeholders and knows how to prioritize multiple deliverables within a fast-paced environment.
Has strong leadership & organizational skills, both in terms of managing your own time and work, and leading others.
Knows how to expand their capabilities by working with freelancers and external agencies for certain skills. You are experienced in the procurement of a variety of creative services and have worked with external resources.
Is fluent in written and verbal English.
Is proactive, self-motivated and adaptable.
