We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Project Coordinator. Area of responsibility and principal duties are:
• Support launch initiatives from a digital perspective
• Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
• Responsible for maintaining and implementing websites including SEO, content, images, files, links, campaigns etc
• Establish and lead the Transport web council
• Responsible for internal and external surveys
• Graphic design and film production
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Lead cross functional projects and support larger product launch projects
• Deliver assigned projects within time and budget
• Maintain the showroom in Sundbypark and co-ordinate with Emmaboda showroom
• Promote and support company policies, procedures, standards. Reinforce existing communications policies and procedures.
• Ensure that corporate branding and registered trademarks are used with consistency in all materials and communications.
• Ensure all communications adhere to Xylem brand guidelines and message is aligned with the Flygt brand strategy.
• Continuously identify productivity improvements.
Education:
• Bachelors Degree in appropriate area, such as Communications, Marketing and digital channels or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Experience:
• Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Strong skill in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suit and SharePoint CMS publishing experience
• Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
• Direct involvement with digital marketing SEO and content marketing activities highly desired
• Project Management experience
• Preferably experience from multinational corporation

• Ability to build strong working relationships

• Desired traits include: strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, attention to details, the ability to plan and meet deadlines
• Very good English and Swedish skills, both oral and written, are required.
