Job Description
We are expanding our Brand & Marketing team at Creator Studio, part of H&M group, and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a broad experience from digital paid, earned and owned media along with using Brevo (or other similar automation tools) to manage automated campaigns with the aim to convert users into customers. We are seeking someone who can bring analytical mindset, business creativity and innovation to the role, with a proven track record of developing successful retention strategies. Your role will be to create and execute marketing strategies to increase user conversion, engagement and growth.
We are a small and passionate team with and entrepreneurial mindset and you will be part of the Brand & Marketing department at Creator Studio. You will work closely with Head of Brand & Marketing, Content Marketing Manager, cross functional team and agencies to ensure we have a coherent and optimized marketing mix.
What you will do:
Utilize marketing automation platform Brevo to execute campaigns and automation workflows to engage and grow customer revenue throughout the customer life cycle - from onboarding to retention.
Design, implement and test automated flows for campaigns and events in relevant channels inclining segmenting the customer database, scoring models and lists.
Data driven analysis, follow up and optimisation (including A/B tests) of targeted campaigns in order to increase customer experience and conversion.
Take lead on building the foundation, identify improvements and new opportunities for marketing automation.
Be part of further develop our digital marketing strategy and tactics including paid, earned and owned media, as well as test campaigns and optimizing conversion on site and on our platform.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in customer engagement - both B2B and B2C - and be part of forming and influencing the marketing strategies.


Qualifications
What you need to be successful in the role:
Solid understanding of marketing of digital and physical products and services in general, and digital marketing and marketing automation, including data driven decisions to develop customer engagement and growth strategies.
Experience in applying retention strategies with in-depth knowledge of marketing campaigns including push and email.
Experience in using marketing automation technology.
Experience from Google Analytics and other analytics tools in order to make data driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
